Oven Baked Pacific Ocean Black Cod - Speaking about this dish, it's among the favorite I always look forward too. Served on a bed of sauteed quinoa and the creamy sauce, the fish is baked perfectly where it still remain the original taste and juice of the fish. Please don't 'abandon' the bilimbi fruit, to me, it's something like the starfruit here.
Pan Roasted Duck Confit - another signature dish here in Frangipani. I never ever expected duck could be as such texture. It's so tender without over drying the meat and the mashed potato and soury mustard cream combination just excites my palatte. The light brown thing at the bottom of the duck and mashed potato is the crispy version of potato couronne.
Grilled Wagyu Beef Cheek - Apologies but I can't tell you how it's tasted as I can't take beef. But, what is interesting about this dish is the braised red cabbage and mole sauce to accompany the dish. I got to know from most of the reviews that it's not something common here... Oh ya! The brown color ball at the far left corner is pumpkin dauphines. hmm... Pumpkin...
Grilled Lamb Loin - I do enjoy lamb steak but this is nothing close to what I had tasted before. The lamb is grilled to a just-nice texture (with a hint of Sichuan pepper and Irish Whiskey salt) and I love the serving of braised black ear fungus and asparagus. The mint cream minimizes the smell of the lamb, I meant for those who are not lamb lovers...
