After shower, I got dressed up for the gala dinner with a ShangHai theme. I don't look too ShangHai, right?
Anyhow, it was a night that filled with laughter, great accompany, great entertainment, good food and good vibes. The theme is The Voyage of A Golden Era and it featured a Shanghai fashion show and chinese tradition performances. Entertainers were tip top (I'll give them 8/10 stars) and the guests were well entertained.
The table setting - each of us get to crack a golden egg to win a gold coated chicken statue. Clearly, I didn't win any as I only showing this before shot. ngek ngek ngek
The dinner was good too - I had:
Roasted Peking Duck - very crunchy skin to pair with the tender duck meat
Monk Jump Over the Wall - I felt my nutrition intake reached the maximum
Steamed Red Star Grouper with Superior Soy Sauce, Young Ginger, Fine Julienne Scallion - always love the fish dishes
Braised South Pacific Abalone with Sea Cucumber, Brocolli - I think throughout the trip, I've eaten 2 - 3 abalones!!
Fried Rice Scented with Foie Gras and Wild Mushroom, Chao San Pickle Olives
Baked Alaska - Passion Fruit and Citrus Scented Coulis - this is the bomb, literally!
Each of us also get ourselves a Polaroid photo!

Had the international breakfast at the complementary dining area Lido before I bid farewell to this humongous monster. Upon disembarkation, we were then shuffled to the airport for our flight.
The reason I took this shot is that we always see this familiar vehicles in Hong Kong TVB dramas and now, it's live in front of me - so, must take lo...
