Among the first few questions or topics shared was about food. Such as have you eaten? What you have eaten for lunch earlier? Do you know the last time I tried the xxxx...

Therefore, I tried and make an effort to share nice food and nice restaurants with you, just like this blog post.

I'm a noodle person and my mother's Qi Gong friend introduced this restaurant in Jalan Ipoh area, nearby HSBC Bank or Overtime. It is a restaurant opposite a chinese temple and it is located along the drain. (No worries, no awful smell >.<)

First question, what is the specialty?

Oh well, you have to try their fish head noodle. The noodle used is the thick mee hon and they inserted yam to enhance the flavor. Other than that, it is served in a clay pot and I really enjoyed the noodle. Not forgetting the nice flavor of alcohol in the soup...
Fish Head Noodle - RM7 per head count

On top of the fish head noodle, I would like to credit the bitter gout prawn noodle. I enjoyed bitter gout dishes such as fried egg with bitter gout, bitter gout soup noodle, etc. This was my first time tasting the noodle and out of my expectation, I could never think of combining bitter gout and prawn!
Bitter Gout Prawn Noodle - RM8.50 per head

Not forgetting they do offer the normal noodle stuff.

Black Noodle - RM5 per head count

Fried 'bak guo' - RM7.50 per head count

Apologies to people who don't and can't take pork as this is a non-halal restaurant. If you have the chance to eat there, please do share with me your thoughts about the food too ^^
