I have been buying magazines about diet because I put on weight already xD

When I searched throught the Internet to look for a particular word's meaning [because it's in Mandarin and my Mandarin level sucks], I found this Apple Dieting.

Throughout this diet, what you basically consume is only Apples!! Of course you may drink as much water you would like to. But... Only plain water or tea without sugar / ice, coffee without coffe mix & sugar... No ice!! Totally PLAIN!!

One thing to remember is that you can only eat red apples =) It is because green apples are sour and your stomach can't take it because you have nothing for them to digest ya!!

I have been starting since this Monday. My mum also practicing it with me as well. It is pretty easy and not torchuring at all!! Because you can eat apples whenever you're hungry... Not like normal diet which requires you to consume certain portion of food that is hard to get in the normal market and you'll feel hungry altough you have finish it... ...

It is a 3-day thingy =) I ate 5 apples on the 1st day, 3 apples for the 2nd & 3rd day!! What I drink is plain water and tea without sugar, without ice... Throughout the process, I kind of feeling "jelak" to apples after eating only apples... May be this is how the diet works ^^

I lose 3kg using this diet method!! What I'm trying to say is that don't take it as a diet thingy... May be detoxinize??
