stubborn Cellulite go, go, go away!!

According to dermatologist Dr. Mona Gohara, Cellulite is defined as fibrous bands that go from the top of your skin to the fat layer, pulling it down. Having cellulite is not a good sight to look at especially when you are up for a beach holiday or summer fashion (hot pants or short skirt). And I strongly believe many among us has this problem, irregardless of your body size...



So, I went googling and found out that there is ONE pretty recommended DIY remedy to "fix" cellulite - introducing the COFFEE GROUNDS. Why coffee grounds?

Containing large amount of antioxidants, the caffeine within the coffee grounds is believed to stimulate dilation while the scrubbing motion increases circulation, plumping up the skin and making cellulite look less obvious. Did I also mentioned that coffee grounds can increase collagen production?

So what's this DIY remedy?

1/2 cup Coffee grounds + 1/4 cup brown sugar + 1/4 coconut oil / olive oil

note: coffee grounds can be found (FOC) in any coffee shop. It's usually placed at one corner that you could just take and leave. If you can't find any, simply ask the counter that you would like to have some coffee grounds. 

Instructions:

Simply mix all the ingredients together and apply the coffee scrub before shower. Scrubbing coffee grounds on your skin / affected area (in fact, you can do this to your whole body!) for 30 seconds and leave it for 1 minute before rinsing off.

For better result, try dry brush your skin before the application of the coffee scrub.


It's believe that you will see notable results in 2 weeks time. If nothing works, at the very least, you are giving yourself a delightful-smelling spa treatment at home. Happy trying!
