One of the major problem I have is that my arms are getting bigger, bigger and bigger. Even though one moves the arms the most in our daily routine, but I guess it's not truly exercise =(
So I went online and check out some of the ways to work out the arms and I found 4 solutions.
Solution 1 - Swing your arms backwards while walking
It's pretty simple. All you need to do is to swing your arms backwards while walking. Close your hand and hold on to your fist (it's like the Doraemon hand) and swing your arms backwards, as hard as you can. The workout is successful if you do it for a good 5 minutes and above!
Solution 2 - The mineral bottle weight lifting pose
So, everyone knows weight lifting. Now, weight lifting is a form of workout? Really? Stand straight and hold 1 bottle of mineral water (suggesting 1.5 litre, filled with water) on each hand. Leave your hands down next to your thigh when you breath in. When you breath out, push the water bottle upwards and the arms have to be close to the ears. Repeat this routine for 50 times, with a moderate pace and you will know when you workout.
Solution 3 - Sitting workout?
Basically, even while we are seated and waiting for the dish to be served or the movie to start, try this steps for a firmer arms. Look in front and tuck in your stomach, place your palm together (finger pointing upward, like a chinese prayer style) in front of your chest. Put force onto your arms to push both palms together and maintain for 10 seconds. Split the palm position into 3 areas - in front of your chest, in front of your face and in front of your stomach. Suggest to have 5 sets of the 3 areas each.
Solution 4 - Stretch your arms and draw circle
Stand straight with your head looking in front. Stretch both arms to each side with the palm facing down. Turn your arms into a drawing pen and draw circles for 50 times (basically, you need to twirl your arms) in both clockwise and anti-clockwise manner. A gentle reminder to keep your arms straight while you are doing the stretching and maintain the circle size at all time.
Happy trying!
