There're many festival in a year... One of it will be the Dumpling Festival which falls on the Lunar Calendar / Chinese Calendar 5th Month 5th day =) It is meant to celebrate in memory of "qu yuan" 屈原...

During the festival, the price of pork will be raise... Other ingredients of a dumpling raises as well!! It has been a norm these days =) More and more people prefer to buy rather than make it themselves... ... Oh well...

Since it is a big festival, we have to go back to Subang for dinner =) Mum wanted to cook some pork dish but I can't get the pork!! All have been sold out although it was just 8.30am =( I wonder what time they wake up and buy the stuff?? Mum have no choice to buy the dishes instead. She managed to cook a vegetable lo... ...

We reached Subang around 7.30pm. After preparing all the stuff, we started to eat!! I always love when it's big festival... My grandmother will cook one signature dish: Fried Pork!! I LOVE it badly... It should be say I craved for the dish whenever I have dinner in Subang ^^

Grandmother will always prepare 3 standard dishes: Fried Pork, Chicken and soup!! It have been years my grandmother cooked it... ... And it is still YUMMY till these days ^^
