My uncle wanted to buy a house. He tried the bank lelong thingy and my mum and me with my aunt went with him to the auction happening at Berjaya Times Square this morning ^^

Bank will lelong those houses that the debt is noncollectable or incomplete. My uncle was interested in one of the unit in Kepong area. It was something like the TV show always portray when it comes to auction. But this was just a minor ones =) Not that dramatic like the TV shows...

Potential buyer need to prepare 5% or 10% of the reserved price in regardless of cheque or cash. Money will be return if the auction was not success. Each bidder was given a small sign board kind of stuff. Once you rise up the sign board, the price will then raise RM1,000 =)

My uncle is kind of confident about the unit he interested because the agent mentioned that only 1 bidder. However, when the auction began, there were 6 bidders wanted the unit!! This made the situation difficult =(

Original price was RM55, 900 and ended up to RM67, 000 in 5 minutes time!!! Really cannot fight with others bidder because they were really keen in it...

My uncle didn't get the unit, but we went home with some random exposure ^^
