Manhattan Fish Market is one of our client!! Collaboration with CNY, Manhattan Fish Market proudly present to you the whole new sets of CNY promotion and this food review is meant to be promoting the promotion of course!!

Michelle bought me together to let me see how a food review "looks like"... There were 3 publication attending the session =) Since one of the publication need to leave earlier, so we started of without the other two...

Jason, the person in-charge of Manhattan marketing, started to brief the media about the history of the brand, introducing them the promotion... He is a very good PR I would say!! Added up he knows how to use humor to connect people... This is something that I might need to learn ^^

Photographers took pictures of the outlet and the meal of course!! Let me introduce the meals... ... [but the quality of the pictures not that good la!!]

This is the Perfect Catch ^^ RM 9.90

It is a calamari asparagus soup with a bottomless Ice Lemon Tea!! The taste of the soup is not like the normal soup, something like the shark fin kind of taste...

Followed by Properity Prawn ^^ RM 15.90

This dish is fried prawn with mayonese and chili oil gravy on a bed of coleslaw... Texture something like butter chicken punya butter gravy =)

Then, we had our yusang, Lucky Citrus Salad ^^ RM 15.90

This one ler, is something like our chinese YuSang, but westernesed lo... The salmon fish is raw with fresh vegetables around and black and white sesame seeds as topping!!

Pictures were taken and our mouth started to move... Yummy!!!

Now is the climax!! Our main course: Twin Happiness Salmon Meal ^^ RM 56.00

This is the most shock meal because the meal is enough for 3-4 persons perhaps!! It comes with fried calamari rings, fried country mushroom, fish nuggests, chips and of course with garlic butter rice...Shock-nya!!!

By the way, this is how the menu looks like =)

Since media will be publishing the news in newspaper, they want to bring out the meal!! At first, media requested the manager holding the main course in front of the restaurant like model to take some pictures... Ended up... ... I'm the model!!!

Holding the Twin Happiness Salmon Meal and pose accordingly to the media for photographs purposes... ... Hmm... This is weird!! What a sudden I become Manhattan temporary ambassador...

Hmmmmmmm....... People are watching when they pass by... They must be thinking I'm someone!! But so sorry, I'm not =( I also don't know what feeling is that la!!

Another main course which enough for 2 pax is Fortune Salmon Meal ^^ RM 26.90

Grilled salmon with some YuSang topping and garlic butter rice... It might a bit too much for 1 person la!!

The 2 main course, Twin Happiness Salmon Meal and Fortune Salmon Meal... The salmon fish that were being served is 200g!! 200g wei... Normally 100g salmon cost RM7?? It is consider cheap in terms of the quality of food you're eating =)

Food Review is like a friends gathering where we chat with the media like a friend, gather around a table, eating, drinking, enjoying, sharing... This is fun!! Although I was just sitting down and listen to their conversation, but I can learn something that I don't know!!

Being an intern is quite fun though...
Don't know what is awaiting me ahead??
