Since there is a 2 day holiday, my mum friends, decided to go Tanjung Sepat for one day trip ^^ It was some time we didn't meet each other... Our gang have been to Tanjung Sepat for many times and this time I would like to write down the trip...
I had been awaken by my mum at 6.15am and we went to Subang to pick up my grandfather and grandmother. We drove Naza this time =) We reached at on of the toll [can't remember which toll] around 8am and headed to Klang to have our Bak Kut Teh breakfast. While waiting for our meal to arrive, my dad get this tea thingy...
Oh, tea looks like this and sold in this way... 1 biscuit kind of things ^^
Then, we headed to Pantai Morib. It is a normal beach, dirty... We went there because we want to catch this!!
In chinese we called "luo", I don't have idea what is it called in english... They are something like snail. Live in a shell and come out slowly when they think is safe... They stick on the seashore surface and we have to pull them out!!
It was very fun to search for them and pull them out!! We catches quite a lot of them!!!
After photo purposes, we throw them back to the sea... ... We went to Tanjung Sepat straight after beach visit!! We stop by the famous "bao" shop to grab some "bao"...
The "bao" here is very special because unlike the normal "bao", the flour wouldn't stick to your teeth!! The famous "bao" is vegetable "bao" and "mui coi bao"... Vegetable "bao" sold out all before we reached there. So we only managed to try "mui coi bao"...
It is that famous till Hong Kong Master of Eat and Jason came to prove it!!
It was not that expensive for the "bao"... ...
Our next station is the Mushroom Cultivation Showroom.
Here, you can have an idea how mushrooms is being planted and growth!! Is was interesting to see them growing from the bottle like packaging ^^
Here are the species of mushrooms...
It was a windy day, because it was near to the ocean!! I started again to capture images of the sea =)
We also visited the longan fruit yard... Many fruits were sold there and I grab two types of tea leaf... Lavenda and blossom leaf kind of thing!! It had its own function... We went to fishball factory as well... The sign board is kind of cute when my brother saw one attached to the coconut tree nearby...
What a big different... The fried fishball is being exhibit in this way... You can try some la!!
The pricing here is almost the same as KL, but here they process the fishball without preservatives!! It is very fresh and tasty!!! [need to consume within 2-3 days la!!]
We also went to the keropok factory... On the way heading to the factory, my brother do this!! And he is so proud about it!!
Besides that, we saw this cute little motorbike and cute mango...
Here was the place my favourite Tom Yam paste I bought!! wahahaha, I have Tom Yam again ^^
Actually we wanted to eat the famous seafood restaurant in Tanjung Sepat, but it was fully booked!! So, we headed to Klang again to try out another restaurant!! The food here is halal... Seafood here is very fresh!! But the price of the crab is very expensive, 2kg for RM 42...
After dinner, we went back home lo... I can feel that my grandparents were pretty happy today... So as my parents!!
Is good to have a one-day trip like this...
Love,
