On 31 July 2008, I went to another pageant organized by Chellene. The event took place at Baywatch Restaurant, Dataran Prima. We are required to stand by by 5pm.
Since I not very sure whereabout, I borrow wayne's map to assist me... I started seeking for Dataran Prima around 5pm... I had went 3 places before I managed to get the correct location. This was the first time I been to that area. Suprisingly, there are this restaurant at this place...
It looks like a new area to me... Whatever la!!! After settle down my car, I went to find Chellene. I met Eva again =) and 2 other girls who appeared to be not very the friendly type la... However, I just waited there and do my comm theories work there and then while waiting for the event to start. By the time I reached there, there are only 6 of us there... Haihz...
Make up artists arrived around 7pm... Of cos I went to make up by then... Hair do as well... The restaurant actually sponsor us dinner: fried mee hon =) Luckily there are something to eat...
By 8.30pm, other participants seem to "appear". Our theme was actually 70s to 80s... However, I don't normally dress that way...That era... So i just wear normal outfit...
The event start at 9.30pm and ended around 11pm... The actual show was just 1 hour... The back stage was stuffy and warm... Sweat kept "rushing" out and my handkerchief that I brought wet totally throughout the event!!! We had a marathon wei...
From casual wear to bikini to evening dress... 1st time rushed like this and had this sweat!!! I didn't mk it through the semi finalz as too many of pretty girls out there... I feeling uncomfortable during the show as the stage is very high... The audience sitting under might have a peak on our panties... They take pictures with their hp openly... Haihz... A bunch of uncle...
Later when I reached home, Chellene text me and said because 2 girls just pulled out from semi finalz, I'm the next to go in!!! So now how>> I also don't know... Anyway, I met few new frenz that is friendly la!!! Glad that my network now is larger in a way lo... ...
Semi Final?? Should I go??
